We also supply CPVC diaphragm valves using PVC-C bodies, corresponding bonnets, and compatible diaphragm assemblies. These are available for customers specifying CPVC in their industrial piping systems, with additional custom options for body components, end connections, and operating mechanisms.

EPDM, FPM and PTFE Diaphragm Assemblies

The diaphragm is a replaceable sealing component in our weir-type valve range. SOLID supplies different diaphragm materials and composite constructions so customers can purchase complete valves and matching diaphragm replacements within the same supply program.

Replacement Diaphragms for SOLID Valves

We support replacement diaphragm orders for the valve configurations we supply. Customers can include spare diaphragms in a new valve purchase or request replacements for an existing SOLID diaphragm valve.

For replacement orders, we can identify the appropriate diaphragm configuration from the SOLID valve model, nominal size, diaphragm material, and available part or assembly drawings.

Manual and automated products use their corresponding operating assemblies; an electric or pneumatic actuator is not presented as a universal replacement for every manual handwheel.

What is the difference between your standard and custom diaphragm valve sizes?

Our standard series covers DN15–DN100. Custom valves cover DN125–DN200, while special large-diameter designs are available from DN250 to DN300.

The larger products use their corresponding valve body, diaphragm, bonnet, connection, and pressure configurations.

Are PN10 and PN16 PVC diaphragm valves available?

Yes. Our published product range includes PN10 and PN16 configurations.

The applicable rating is supplied with the corresponding valve size, material, connection type, and diaphragm valve construction. PN16 is not represented as a universal rating for every product in the range.

Can you supply PTFE/EPDM or FEP/EPDM composite diaphragms?

Yes. We offer PTFE/EPDM and FEP/EPDM composite diaphragm configurations, as well as suitable PVDF barrier options.

These assemblies are matched to the selected valve design and diaphragm dimensions.

Can SOLID supply true union PVC diaphragm valves?

Yes. We supply small-bore true union PVC and CPVC diaphragm valve configurations, including applicable socket and threaded connections.

Our published small-bore connection series includes 20–63 mm pipe connections.

Can you provide PVDF or PPH diaphragm valves?

Yes. SOLID offers PVDF, PPH, FRPP, and reinforced polypropylene diaphragm valve configurations as part of our custom product range.
